I connect strategy and systems to help SaaS make growth compound before they scale.

I've always loved working behind the scenes.
First in film doing make-up, then building websites, funnels for coaches, and taking care of their memberships.
I kept running into the same issue: things looked fine on the surface …but behind the curtain?
Things were often held together with sheer willpower, determination and a LOT of guessing.
Same story, different businesses.
There was no clear visibility.
No real view of the pipeline.
No structure for managing or onboarding clients—let alone keeping them.
Frustration was high. Efficiency was low
That became my bread and butter as a tech VA: solving this.

When I moved back to France, I had one of those slightly inconvenient realisations:
“Oh… I’ve actually been doing Customer Success all along.”
So I stopped treating it like “just tech stuff” and went all in.
I trained formally in customer success, earned my bachelor’s degree, and went deeper into the strategic side : how tools, data, and systems actually drive growth (not just admin headaches).
Today, I help early-stage SaaS founders who are growing fast… but feeling the friction behind the scenes.
You know the vibe: things are working, but also slightly on fire if you look too closely.
I build Customer Success systems that bring everything into play: onboarding that supports adoption, client management that doesn’t rely on memory, and processes that stop things slipping through the cracks.
I also co-create commercial strategy beyond the initial sales, helping improve both revenue and adoption (because one without the other is just unfinished business).
When your systems work, growth stops feeling like guesswork and starts feeling like momentum you can actually trust.
Pssst. Want to know why I called my company Your Bridge Person ? You can read this blog post that will tell you all about it.
This is not a “quick fix your CRM in 48 hours” situation.
If you want surface-level setup or tools added on top of chaos… I’m probably not your person.
I work best with founders who are ready to:

So if you don’t want to start with a strategic and bird’s eye view, or if you think tech and strategy don’t rely on each other, we’ll probably frustrate each other.
I will challenge how you think—but always in service of what you’re building.
And I will absolutely cheer you on while you do it.
Think of me as a mix between strategist, systems translator, and a cheeky sparring partner.
Film makeup artist. Online seller. Teacher (from geeky tools to film etiquette). Virtual assistant. Funnel builder. ActiveCampaign specialist.
But it wasn’t really a series of pivots, just side quests sown out of the same thread: curiosity, people, systems, the internet and figuring out how things actually work under the hood.
The only real pivot was 2020, when film projects stopped overnight and I had to rethink everything.
I’ve spent 13 years abroad (London, Berlin), and I now think in English more often than French—which probably explains a lot, including my food tastes.
I still occasionally say “when I grow up,” mostly joking… mostly.
And somewhere along the way, I got nicknamed “Pascale Poppins”, because I tend to show up with quirky metaphors and solutions, untangle chaos, and make things work in a way that feels slightly too easy to be legal.

I like quiet things.
Hot drinks. Good food. My bullet journal.
Yoga Nidra. A walk among trees.
The kind of space where ideas settle and next steps become obvious.
I'm also always learning one thing or two: Human Design the last 7 years, and more recently, AI custom gpt, AI agents and Hubspot as an admin.
